Licence
The games are licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.
Purchases
In-app purchases are final except where Apple's refund policy applies. Consumable items (coins, power-ups) are used at the time of purchase or use and are not refundable once consumed.
Content
Word lists, illustrations and artwork are ours or licensed to us. You may share screenshots and short clips for personal or review purposes.
Changes
We may update the games and these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
